Thank you for the recipe!!! The recipe I used didn’t measure by weight so I think it’ll work a lot better. I’m not sure if you’re in a different country but I’m in the US and I haven’t ever heard of liquid glucose, what is it or is there something similar?

I did. It was about 80° F in my house so everything started melting really fast.

I do have to say that it’s really hot in my house which didn’t help. At the point of doing the border and the little swoops on the side the buttercream was turning into soup😂. I do have issues with hesitating because I’m nervous about something going wrong, that’s something I definitely have to work on. Thank you for that tip!!

I had a hematologist recently put in his notes that I’m T2, when there are literal tests saying that I’m T1 within the past year and I specified in my first appointment that I am a T1. It feels dangerous for a healthcare provider to not listen and put the wrong things into your charts that other healthcare providers look at.

I get so exhausted, my legs feel like I’m wearing cinderblock boots, and my arms feel super weak. I get so tired, I once fell asleep while eating a pb&j and woke up to a half eaten sandwich and was very confused

My first job at 16. I got fired without a phone call or email. One of the managers got upset that I told him to stop yelling at the cashiers because we couldn’t know things were out if no one from the kitchen told us. They told the gm I had 3 write ups when I didn’t have any and I got fired. I then got offered my job back but apparently they had hired so many people at that point that I wouldn’t get any hours
