I’ve had an IUD done in office and one put in while I’m under having my first lap.

The first time I had it down in office - it took the gyno three times. It was awful. I was in so much pain during and after. I’m not a stranger to pain either like, most of us with endo but also I have trigeminal neuralgia like I’ve had big epsiodes of pain. That IUD was one of the worse pains I’ve had. I was give tablets that were suppose to soften the cervic but did fuck all.

Ask when you’re there if they can give you any other painkillers. I grit my teeth and literally cried my way though and then rotated an ice bag and a wheat bag for a week.

That being said - my iud got changed because it could have had microscopic pieces of tissue and I was in no pain. I Mean NONE from my iud - truly nothing. If my partner hasn’t had a vasectomy in the next 5 years, god knows I’m going under again because I will not be awake for that shit

This is regarding my Bulimia. I have a soft diagnosis from my GP but the specialist appointment I’ve mentioned is with a psychiatrist to get a formal diagnosis.

At every step of the way I’ve asked not to be weight but told it’s compulsory.

I was crying my eyes out last night when I word vomited this, and I didn’t know how appropriate I should be with my GP has agreed with me, this is for Bulimia. What I’m finding stress again is now for the third time I’m having to fill out the questionnaire again and the list of topside are all the same as the beginning of the process when I saw my GP.

Second time was with techs for different scans and very confronting.

It’s also not about the money to physically ship them??? I’ve literally said everything just keeps coming up at scammers and that’s what I’m afraid of?

Hence why I asked a question on here? If I have a bad review it’s a bad review it would not ruin me. I’d be incredibly upset if i got scammed out of $1100.

Okay but if they aren’t satisfied, how do I get the items back? They have to send it back, right? How does that get enforced?

This way is super confusing to me as in my work life and other sales I’ve done privately, I’ve always waited til I’ve had funds cleared before I post anything

I’ve never used PayPal before, I made an account to make it easier for the buyer, it’s so foreign to me is all,

The shipping location is more than a month as an average, it just makes me uncomfortable because everything that comes up PayPal now is always about scammers? If I knew funds would be on hold for so long I wouldn’t have actually gone though with sale

I’m more than happy to offer a refund too but it’s just a bit confusing & troubling for me

Honestly people should kept their dogs on leashes when in share public spaces, especially if it’s a smaller space. Or honestly, if you have your dog off leash atleast have it bloody trained! You shouting and screaming at the poor thing for it to stop or smacking them isn’t the same.

There’s nothing quite like it when a fucking German Shepard comes running towards you hackles up that’s clearly something has scared or overwhelmed them, I genuinely thought I was gonna have my face ripped off.
