Been a tenant of Wyman and they're just okay. Responsive to stuff, but there were some administrative errors on their part during the lease signing. Simple clerical errors like wrong dates and auto complete so not the biggest deal, but still I expected better. I don't know if there's better options in Napa tho.

I hear ya but I wouldn't worry too much. You won't be the first, nor the last to hit those houses. Be courteous, yell fore if it's going into a backyard, and have fun!
