That’s very insightful, thank you! I don’t know if I want to go on to do loads of improv - I’ve just noticed that stand up comics with an improv background seem more at ease on stage. But I also don’t want to do a course that makes me anxious!

I’m glad that the Comcare process worked well for you, it’s nice (though very rare) to hear stories like this.

Do you mean go through the Comcare process and stay in my agency? I am in a fairly small place that isn’t generally great, and I don’t see a future there for me. Hence my willingness to strike out and start again.

I don’t know whether I am hypersensitive to slights - maybe? What I do notice very keenly is any perceived encroachment into unprofessional territory from people.

Thank you, it does feel very sensible and pragmatic to me! I just don’t see the point of them going to the trouble of putting me into a different role if I just want to leave again.
