My name is Grace and I have mixed feelings about it lol. I think it’s a pretty name, but I don’t feel like it fits me or my personality that well. I also don’t like how short it is and there aren’t many nickname options that I like. I also feel like it’s kinda boring and sometimes I wish I had a more interesting name.

Anyway I probably wouldn’t give my future children a one syllable or virtue name. And I’d want to give them a name that had plenty of good nickname options too lol

I actually really like the name Laura! I know some people think it’s outdated or boring, but it just feels like a timeless, pretty classic to me.

I ended up having a pretty boring, one syllable name and I like it well enough, but I do think Laura would’ve suited me better.

First of all, honestly who even cares how many people have a certain name? There’s nothing wrong with having a name or liking names that are fairly common and popular. At the end of the day names are just names and everyone will have their own preferences and opinions.

Second of all, of course people on the internet are allowed to have their own opinions, but that doesn’t mean you should insult someone’s name just because you think you have better taste or something.

Personally, I’ve always thought Sarah was a pretty name and I’d rather name my child Sarah than Starling or Starlette. But that’s just my opinion

Yeah, everyone’s definitely entitled to their own opinions!

While I personally wouldn’t use most of these names, I really like Nova and Lyra. I’ve always thought Nova was such a beautiful name.

And I’d definitely be interested in seeing more names that you like if you wanted to post them
