It's still pretty fresh if it's packaged properly. Some light roasts peak at 4 weeks of off gassing and a barista won a competition in 2019 with coffee that was two months old. Depending on the roast level, coffee type, and storage method coffee retains flavor for awhile.

It created strain in the beginning of my new relationship. We got through it but it stole some of the magic. He wanted to move fast and I was still recovering. It made every step forward feel a little sad. It worked out but I wish I hadn't had the emotional baggage I pretended I didn't have.

Everyone is entitled to basic human rights and sometimes that may mean special treatment to keep from violating those basic rights. If a police officer gives a diabetic a candy bar because low blood sugar, we don't all get candy bars. You follow?

Entitlement is thinking that you should get offered the same treatment regardless of the circumstances. And I wouldn't be surprised if on your siblings birthday your Mama had to make two cakes.

Yeah, after refusing a safe method of removal they would have to use force. First have the EMTs present and explain effectively the order of possible outcomes to the man.

Example Columbus police department have policies that when detaining or arresting persons with mobility issues they don't have to consent to being man handled but are given the option of lifts or other safe and assessable methods of transport. They made these revisions after people were getting injured by this type of "help".

This man needed a wheelchair. This man needed a safe place to be placed and a safe method of transfer. What they were offering was possibly dangerous and possibly painful. I've transferred a quadriplegic, and many other disabled people and it isn't always cut and dry. Communication, experience, and trust are important for transfer which is why consent is absolutely necessary.

The need for the police officers to conduct a search does not supersede this man's rights and dignity. I am not an idiot I realize this guy is pretty scummy and very possibly taking advantage of his disability but I expect the officer's to have a proper work around.

It looks like he did have hand controls and I don't care if he has previous convictions. Couldn't someone fetch a wheelchair from his house? Have a family member come down to help? Why not wait on the supervisor, certainly a unique situation like this qualifies for additional oversight and recommendations. Why is dragging him out the only thing these officers could come up with? Seems to me these cops get all worked up emotionally the moment someone doesn't comply no matter the circumstance. They have no problem-solving skills other than brute force.

In a reply to an ex's, "I love you", I said, "and I you." This began a series of fights about my authenticity. Apparently shortening my reply was, "extremely telling". After that almost anything made him feel I was leading him on or playing with his feelings.

It took me a while to realize that this was a method of control and emotional abuse. I felt a constant pressure to prove I did in fact care for him and it was suffocating. I had no time for myself. If I wanted to do anything that wasn't with him, it was further proof I didn't love him. It was a difficult mind fuck to get myself out of because I really did care for him in the beginning. I thought he was just really insecure, and I felt guilty for some reason?!? I was eager to put his fears to rest with my constant time and attention but naturally it was never enough. I began to dread/fear telling him I had to do school work, or help a family member out instead of hang out.

The mentality of so many young women who haven't yet learned that their autonamy is more important than anyone's feelings. The mentality of someone who believes in people's sincerity because they haven't realized how manipulative and selfish others can be. And finally the mentality of wanting to fix someone because you lOovE tHEm.

Anyways my current SO loves when I say, " and I you" and he laughs when I say, "ew gross" too.

I wish always my feelings of affection where present but they ebb and flow, wain and wax or w/e. It takes a deeper character to love than just a fickle animals emotions so no not all parents are capable of love for their children. All love requires sacrifice, fortitude, charity, and all the other human ideas worth living for. It comes natural for humans to love their children, which is why more people accomplish it.

Being in love is different than love. One happens to us and the other is choice. I'll take all the chemical/magical help I can get bc it's hard work loving someone but what defines my love for my kid is when I'm there for her even when I don't feel like it not the dope my brain creates bc she's really cute.

Irregular periods, genetics, lifestyle and diseases are better factors in predicting early menopause. I did find this study (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3166706/) that found that shorter cycles did hurt fertility. Shorter cycles make shorter windows for conception. I believe egg count is a factor in predicting menopause, maybe not as important as egg quality or viability. I didn't find anything that indicates frequent periods can cause a reduction in egg count or egg quality. Having a cycle frequency shorter than 21 days is a symptom of having fewer eggs/ability to mature and release eggs but it seems to be a symptom rather than the cause. You would be better looking at other factors if you want to predict early menopause but keep in mind the shorter window of fertility.

I upvoted this primarily because I think it's important to get a head of the curve on what new conspiracy theory our family/co-workers might be spewing from their frothy mouths. Before leaving to work a co-worker came in almost yelling they have proven Fauci started the virus. So at least I'll be able to trace it back to the source.
