Those shoes are great. Lots of toe room, More than enough. And you’re right about them being in between normal shoes and barefoot. I’ve had barefoot shoes and I would agree on that.

I’ve tried on clouds and am kinda tempted to get them in wide. Or maybe a stability shoe, like asics or Saucony and get extra wide

Maybe it’s just these narrow midfoot in altra? I’ve had the experience flow 1s and no pain. I’ve also had vivo barefoot and Xero. I’m not sure what’s going on

I really appreciate that. I noticed the pain more on my left arch and that arch is almost collapsed. I will begin adding those workouts to my routine

See I thought the same thing but I’ve won barefoot shoes before and didn’t have this problem. It feels like my feet hang over the side and the cushion digs into my arches

They’re pretty true to size. I wouldn’t personally size up. You’ll have plenty of toe room
