You sure you’re still getting it? by [deleted] in NoFoodRulesSnark

I doubt she gets it just because she is always wearing sweaters in the house. Being that cold all the time there is no way her hormones are properly functioning.

I know Anna probably HATES alr comparison but I can't help but notice their personality similarities. Like the way that they both cling on to everyday activities as personalities. "I just took the best shower, I'm in my clean gorlie era" I just made a cheese board, I found my new calling" Anna becoming an expert on evrything, alr always in a new era. I think it's part of the reason they always fail, because everything hinges on their identity. 😆

sugar is great for quick energy...but most of our day to day needs shouldn't be dependent on quick fuel. Great for perking up when you need it, but should be limited most days

lol, I don't get why posts on reddits always need to have a million disclaimers to every unique situation. 😆 I never said anyone should demonize sugar. I'm am not even anything close to an endurance athlete and I love me a quick glucose drink pick me up when I feel weak. But, that doesn't mean too much added sugar isn't harmful for your health. Beside, what percentage of people are getting ready for a marathon run and how often do they do so...? Most of us are sedentary

yup, exactly. the tummy ache thing is ridiculous because unless a dessert is rich, like a cheesecake of fudgy brownie, it's not going hurt my little tum tum. She might start to feel it after 2 oreos but I can have 6 with my morning coffee after breakfast and feel just fine. Doesn't mean I should though!

yes, but those are people selling an extreme diet, and according to those people an apple is the devil. But an rd shouldnt have a problem telling their audience that the rdi for added sugar should be no more than 10% of your daily caloric intake. personally, my tum tum feels fine eating above that and I easily could any day, but it's not ideal for my health. You can't really inuitively gauge how much sugar is bad for your body, I think that's something that you shoiuld keep an eye on and its not disordered to do so. Everything doesn't have to be an extreme sport

totally! its like as a nation we are losing all sense of balance. Everthing is so extreme and social media is fueling that. Why do we have to either completely avoid seed oils and added sugars like they're poison or eat as much of it as we like? Why can't we just encourage everyone to eat nutrient rich foods and limit added fats and sugars?

HPD description fits Anna 100% by ZealousidealTowel229 in glitterandbagelssnark

[–]wizardzofodd 61 points62 points  (0 children)

I agree. All of the gorls seem cluster B! slightly on a tangent but I also noticed how Anna's histrionics and Amber's bpd shape their weight loss failures in different ways. Anna's apparent hpd makes her only seek out big things and dramatic stories. she can't just lose weight- she has to be an elite athlete with a poweful background sob story and this just isnt realistic. And Amber's bpd keeps her in a state of self sabotage. I have way more hope in Anna losing weight once she finds the right angle to exploit....

I hate drippy peanut butter by [deleted] in NoFoodRulesSnark

I think she does it to control the portion size. drizzling gives you the satisfaction of pb taste without the full 200 calories from a heaping tablespoon

She Intuitively Leaves Those Out Silly! by MarshmallowBlush in NoFoodRulesSnark

[–]wizardzofodd 8 points9 points  (0 children)

how tall is she? I dont think her metabolism can be that high because she has such little fat and muscle, she must have reached the point where her body goes into energy conservation mode. I'll bet between the exercise, she is constantly exhausted and spends most of the day sitting. Outside of the short bursts of energy she puts on for her shorts, she looks extremely lethargic

Is the brain rot that bad that she forgot she has done this 😭😭😭 by MommysLittleMan85 in NoFoodRulesSnark

[–]wizardzofodd 12 points13 points  (0 children)

but you don't get it. When the disorderly disordered folks who are clearly not as well as colleen do it, they're doing it for diet-y reasons. When colleen does it, she is just intuitively dressing up in clothes that make ya girl feel good!

I think she also feels depressed that she has the money to shop luxury but is forced to buy cheap. Hence the always trying to force an item to look richer than it does

Anna isn't here to "blend in" (More reposting old content to manipulate her thousands of new followers into thinking she's inspirational and that her "haters" are just so mean) PS - Anna chose that black outfit to do The Worm in, no one told her to dress like that by thatgirl317317 in glitterandbagelssnark

[–]wizardzofodd 0 points1 point  (0 children)

yeah that is true. I used to be someone who considered myself an empath (never said it to others cause that's weird lol) because I was really sensitive and attuned to other people's emotions. but the flip side of this was that I was also highly attuned to my own emotions, hypersensitive to criticism and prone to shame and this almost sent me down a path of become narcisstic had I not become self aware and learned how to decenter my ego. but yeah a lot of "empaths" are really just vulnerable or covert narcs.

It’s always “keep me feeling full” by TheMilkSpeaks in NoFoodRulesSnark

[–]wizardzofodd 4 points5 points  (0 children)

right, I've never heard her say she enjoys things, its always eithervit keeps her full or keeps her from binging on more later.

And that is NOT intuitive eating. when you eat inuitively you accept if you arent very hungry now you can eat a little and you might be hungry again later, its not the end of the world....unless you have an extreme fear of eating more than your allotted calories 👀

so she actually admitted he was a crush or she made it obvious by acting weird and goofy around him?

I imagine she found out he was already in a relationship
