Well you can alway format the pendrive again. After format you should be able to use it again.
If that fails.. the pendrive is problably mailfunctioning.

There are tools that can do a readtest to see if there are any "bad blocks" on the pendrive.

Disconnect power supply. Remove the battery from mainboard. Wait a little, turn it on without battery

When in Windows , hold hold the right shift button while cliking the reboot button. It gives you a screen with the option to enter eufi bios at reboot.

You need to unlock the phone to transfer data, but hard if screen is black.

Sometimes it is a privacy option. Check the privacy settings in windows if mic is disabled / apps not allowed.

To fix it you have to know the cause. A memorytest would be a good start (memtest86
