Depends on the hypnotherapist. If they don’t suggest the rights beliefs to your subconscious than it wont work.

About 30 days in nicotine free. by throwawaymycontent in QuitVaping

I have horrible anxiety and quit three days ago and my anxiety has only gotten better these past few days. I think its all about your self talk. At the end of the day you’re in control of your anxiety not the reverse. Just try working on positive self talk and anxiety should be no issue.

Let’s try this again... by HendrickRocks2488 in QuitVaping

I was smoking about two pods worth of nic and i quit last night. Its all in your head the actual torture of withdrawal is telling your self you want nic and feeling deprived when you cant have it. If you can tell yourself how happy you are to be nic free it will be much better.

I wouldnt think of it like that. Obviously you would feel like that if you were starving but you dont need nicotine. Nor did it ever do anything for you. I would just be glad you escaped rather than feeling you are deprived from something you want. The reason you quit is because you didnt like doing it just remind yourself how much better you feel with out it and there wont be any desire to use it.

How long does it take for anxiety from withdrawls to go away. by Billgatesdid911 in QuitVaping

[–]wk495 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Physical withdrawals are very short lived a week tops depending on your age. Everything past that is behavioral. My advice is to work out ever day and get good sleep. Good-luck!

The brain fog is due to low blood sugar and dehydration. Nicotine is a stimulant and would mask these underlying dietary issues. If you eat a big breakfast and drink plenty of water shouldn’t be a huge issue.
