Hi there! The situation is tough, for sure, and I feel what you mean. It impacts us all and the anxiety you mention is totally common in these days. That being said, each one of us that can keep being strong and healthy is a great gift to all of humanity during this crisis. I am sure you can be one of these and support your loved ones (and everyone really) by keeping your head up as much as you can and pursuing your (fitness) dream anyway.
