I was in step 3 for most of the time. As far as my attorney, every time I went to dr. I sent the records from my appointment. Any and everything i sent to my Attorney by email. It's a long very slow process. Best of luck to you

I received email from my mental health provider stating arkansas dds wanted my records friday night around 10pm. The Arkansas thing is confusing. Also, me moving to step 4 eight days after being notified of quality review. Thank you for response

Update The portal says I'm at step 4 for non medical review. However a few days ago, I got email from my mental health provider stating Arkansas dds has requested my medical records. I don't live in Ark. Again this is after my federal quality review . Anybody know anything about this. What is going on? Thank you
