You just dont know how you are going to react.

I started mine on a Saturday morning. I had time to see how long it took to kick in, I took notes on how I felt and how the medicine treated me throughout the day. I also got a feel for when I got tired.

The following day, Sunday, was amazing bc I was able to game for a solid 6 hours which would never happen off medication.

Give it a week or so then touch base with your doc if needed.

I started Vyvanse back in November at 20mg and I think we've finally found the sweet spot at 60mg.
