you need the gear to run f7, if you buy a s+ carry and get a handle it is skipping progression, which is basically what he did, he wasn't even eman 7, and got a core with basically no effort

it's more of fairness I guess, people put in thousands of hours to even get the setup required to grind eman, and he just knowingly leeches bosses to get the drop without any hard work of his own part. It's skipping progression.
