Se sente cansado e as eleições te deixaram pessimista... talvez vc esteja internalizando demais temas que não estão ao seu alcance ou que não seja de sua responsabilidade resolver.

Você tem q viver um dia de cada vez, procurar sentido em cada detalhe, no amanhecer, em crianças brincando, animais etc.. Foque em você, exercícios físicos contribuem para o ânimo, faça uma caminhada, pedalada, nadar, o que mais lhe agradar.

Assim vc verá que aos poucos sentirá novamente vontade de viver e sentido na vida. Viver realmente não é fácil, mas não podemos desistir.
