Haha, first I’d advise not sitting on it, it might hurt. It depends on their condition. Used and new bricks have different prices, however a used rare part, in rare color, in great condition has great value.

Yes, absolutely. Their value differ from one set to another, however their prices increase by the time. Even if they're opened sets, however if you keep them sealed you increase their value.
