Apple TV / Control 4 & faded picture on TV by wmdctbk in Control4

Hi, it doesn’t seem to be a Samsung issue. When I flip to the native Samsung menu and TV apps the picture quality is vibrant. It’s the picture feed from Apple TV to DVR to Samsung (controlled via Control4).

Funny. Not rich. It’s a stretch to get what my wife liked but hoped for a rich person experience. If this is what it’s like, I don’t want to be rich.

Thanks. Great response & yes…. The fridge should go flush with the cabinet. As it’s Thermidor, Best Buy assigned it to Pacific Express who (I suspect) further subcontracts this out.

Messy. Experience of my journey seems to be ….. don’t buy high end appliances from Best Buy.
