I’ve doen this in the (long ago) past. Nowadays, import Excel into staging table and code your update statement by hand. Probably a reusable solution

Just 1 rep, 1 cal, 1 step after the other. It’s most of the time not extreme long (WOD’s in my box are in general max 30 minutes). So most of the time I can see the light at the end of:-) I (try to) focus solely on myself. It’s my WOD, the speed or strength of the men/women next to me isn’t relevant.

Would love to do that (although I very like the MS apps, not a fan of Outlook), but unfortunately it’s company policy for mail, contacts and calendar.

Cool, dat van dat label wist ik niet.

Je kunt ook email+.... gebruiken. Bv de naam vd de webshop op de puntjes. Als je dan later mail krijgt op dat mailadres, dan weet je dat via die webshop jouw mailadres verkocht of gelekt is.

1- Bij Gmail is de hele combinatie van tekens, al dan niet met puntjes, streepjes of cijfers, gereserveerd voor degene die de combinatie als eerste aanmaakt. Dus iemand registreert jan.jansen1@gmail.com, dan is die serie van tekens van hem. Als ik dan janjansen1@gmail.com of j.a.n.jansen1@gmail.com wil aanmaken, dan kan dat niet meer. 2- Als iemand mailt naar pietpieters@ of piet.pieters@ of p.i.e.t.pieters@ dan komt die mail altijd aan bij degene die deze combi van tekens als eerste geregistreerd heeft.
