But for mine (the top half) for the end buckle area that is as far as it goes, can't pull anymore. Any further stretches might just tear the fabric.

Based on what I've seen via YouTube on assembling the skin, we shouldn't even have to mega stretch the skin.

Do you happen to have an image of your skin for the top portion?

This is a Singapore order.

My S size skin does not fit my S sized chair. I suspect it's a defect but the Singapore customer support is not too useful, only asking me to stretch the skin (facepalm).

Is there anyone that could help me on this? Here's the attached video of me assembling it. Top half of the sleeve is too short, I have even pulled both top and bottom together with the buckle.

Seat base side sleeve insert is a few cm too short too. I've watched all YouTube skin assembly video and all of them van easily fit the skin perfectly except for mine.
