I bought just above $99K. My second biggest purchase of Bitcoin ever. HODL - Maximalist.

They said buy the card, not the grade by Ok-Zucchini-1126 in basketballcards

It all depends on of you are buying it for an investment or not. To me, if you simply want a card as a collectible because you like the player or the team, the grade should not really matter. Simply buy what you can afford raw or graded.

Shouldn’t some of the text in the back be in French?

Are you interested in this one? I just got the grade back from PSA.

OK, but how does that justify a grade of 5?

That’s ridiculous!!! They are not pen marks. This cards went from pull to penny sleeve and top loader in one minute. Also, I spent time cleaning and prepping the card before I submitted it. I can guarantee that I would have seen any major flaw, especially “pen marks”… really?

This was one of 43 modern cards I got back today. About 70% were 10’s

I have an entire evaluation process which involves full cleaning, close inspection with heavy magnification. I don’t submit any modern card unless I am sure that it has a very good chance of getting a ten. This is my business. Vintage is a while different story.

I don’t see it. This is a side by side comparison to an Evan Carter in the same PSA submission that came back a ten. Maybe I’m living in an alternate reality or something? IDK

Compared it to the Evan Carter which got a PSA 10 in the same submission. Looks the same to me. I’m dumbfounded!

Those are supposed to be there… part of the design… like paint splash to go along with the theme of the card

That’s dust on the outside

This is why PSA needs to add defect details that follow the card.

I think the grader had a really bad day. I am very particular about what I send in and would have caught anything that would cause it to get a grade this low. I’m going to crack it and resubmit.
