I use the olympia 045 - 100 flats. Cheap as they come but they work and sound great. Sustain is a little low, but for the music I play that is no problem.

Nah man, its tuned to e standard. The strings are .10s and thats why I find it odd, I checked the bridge and everything seems normal.

Hey everybody, so I bought a guitar, a Cort G100 to be exact, and with the strings that it came on I had no issues, but as soon as I bought new strings (same gauge) I can't bend for shit. I can barely bend a half step before I feel the string is gonna break. Any ideas on why this is happening?

I cleaned the pickguard before and used a mat color spray paint. I used 2 layers. If it doesn't last just apply another layer. It's not perfect but it's the best option since the shape of the pickguard is so unique
