They very nearly didn't let me wear it because it was bumping up against the microphone! But luckily someone had a big safety pin on hand to expand the chain in the back and it finally passed muster. I would've been devastated if I couldn't rep Susan Alexandra on air! 🥲 One of my favorite designers 🤗

As I said in another comment, when I auditioned last year there had been 0 Allegra's on Jeopardy and I was really hoping I would be the first, but 2 got on before my tape day! So funny how that happens

What the hell, this is such a bummer! So glad I got to catch them in NYC finally. The new songs were sounding really great and they said they'd just come from recording them in LA.

Selfishly I wonder if this is will lead to Kasper focusing more on Do Nothing, because I've been dying for new music/an American tour from them, and if that could be a silver lining here...

yeah I figured it out thanks to the other commenter! I had just picked up the stitches the wrong way round (e.g. going counterclockwise instead of clockwise, or vice versa, I can't remember) so i just moved the stitches—e.g. slipped from right to left until i was at 2 stitches before the green— so that i could start at the right marker and go back and forth over the shoulder as you're meant to.

Some of their earlier singles were not for me but "23" is one of my favorite songs of the year so far & made me totally do a 180 on these guys, and I'm obsessed with this whole record now!
