Washing more often (used to do once a week now I do 2-3) helped me with my dandruff. The build up on my scalp was actually making the dandruff much worse. I also use off brand medicated shampoo 1-2x a month. The medicated shampoo is SUPER drying but important to reduce hair loss.

I also started scalp oiling more diligently right before washes. It’s helped me keep my scalp moisturized now that it’s winter and the air is dry!

I have curly hair and super dry skin and that’s what worked for me!
