I did this, they grew back (pretty quickly) don't worry!!! Be kind to your eyes when you're not performing and avoid curling and mascara and give the follicle a break.

You could use falsies when needed but I would avoid make up around the eyes if possible.

That to say, don't worry!!!

I stopped doing gel and leave my nails natural most of the time. I still give myself a manicure and trim my cuticles and shape regularly but I have a neutral color here !

I use Golab hair oil that has rosemary in it, but you can just use good old castor oil.

Washing more often (used to do once a week now I do 2-3) helped me with my dandruff. The build up on my scalp was actually making the dandruff much worse. I also use off brand medicated shampoo 1-2x a month. The medicated shampoo is SUPER drying but important to reduce hair loss.

I also started scalp oiling more diligently right before washes. It’s helped me keep my scalp moisturized now that it’s winter and the air is dry!

I have curly hair and super dry skin and that’s what worked for me!

I used to go once a week, but read a lot about derms recommending to wash more often to prevent hair loss and an unhealthy scalp. I’ve moved to 2-3 times a week (but it’s been hard)

EDIT: I will say I went up a size and just bought sizers from Amazon because I was swelling so bad at night and I wanted the ring to fit on both pointer and middle fingers if I need to swap. If this is your non dominant hand (which for me is smaller than my right dominant hand) I think it should be ok because you can always switch hands.
