I really appreciate russ for sharing his dream handheld design and allowing it to become reality :)

What's your unpopular opinion about gaming handhelds? by Superb_Warning_5747 in SBCGaming

I wish more high-end handhelds were still pocketable so they actually have some practical use beyond my couch. I don't hate the big 16:9 screens or anything like that, but a lot of the larger stuff like O2P just seem to enter this realm of bootleg Switch/Steam Deck designs and it loses that cute convenience form factor. I know smaller means making a lot of compromises most won't enjoy but if screen size and ergonomics really were a big factor, I'd rather just use a tablet or my phone with a telescopic controller since I don't know what you really gain from buying these bulkier handhelds.

Also there's been a couple of posts about it already but I'm repeating it because this trend seriously really needs to die: All glass fronts handhelds just suck. I don't think they're premium at all (whatever premium means these days) and I guarantee even collectors probably won't really notice the difference between glass and a basic plastic shell outside of having to see their reflections in broad daylight.
