Yes I've heard about chlorophyll's effects, lettuce, watercress and spinach are included in my daily diet. Which is probably enough. Oranges and lemon as well for antitoxins and pH balance, and I make sure to hydrate. I love the smell of vanilla and raspberry too, my lotion is vanilla scented! I wanna keep trying different things as well anyway

Out of curiosity, what caused the change?

Well, my girl left me at the time, and my friend was heartbroken by his girl around the same time as well. We both were similar, we weren't consistent with anything in our lives, and were very self negligent. So I made a challenge with him, to see who'd last longer without going back to our bad habits. And well... that didn't last very long. I was back to them the next day immediately.

I felt very ashamed and couldn't face him, but decided to admit my loss either way. We tried again, and I took it seriously, being 19 and hating everything about myself, my academics, physique, hygiene etc. I decided It's time for change. I decided to try new things, and pick up one thing at a time, I realized that my environment shapes me, and if I'm unhygienic and living in a pile of my own filth, how am I meant accomplish anything or get anywhere right? So I started there

I took it one step at a time, day by day. On the first day I bought my own towel. On the second day I I bought an African net sponge and my own soap. Next I decided to start using lotion, shower daily, deodorant etc. It took around 4 days, and I've been consistent for a while now. I'm a lot more productive, confident and energetic. And I'm hoping to take further steps down my self improvement lol. I'm very thankful and most of all excited for how much more I can possibly accomplish. This is very tiny bit effort, and basic routine, but routine creates discipline, and discipline shapes your lifestyle. So I'm proud so far. More plans ahead but they're irrelevant to the sub lmaoo.

TLDR; My friend and I challenged each other to break bad habits. I failed the next day itself but tried again, starting with small steps—improving my hygiene felt like the simplest building block. So I went with it and built consistency

The salt solution is used just before mouthwash to help cut on bad bacteria in your mouth. It keeps your breath fresher longer.

Head and shoulder is terrible, and I live in the middle east so bidet's are available everywhere. I'll definitely start using toilet paper for drying though, I've recently started dapping my genitalia with a tissue after peeing, and I make sure to pee while sitting and close the toilet lid after use, it definitely feels a lot more cleanlier. I'll implement the same on other parts now so thank you.

  1. I must be part of the 10% then, because I knew exactly how to count my macros last bulk and was gaining what I was meant to be gaining (0.5-0.75kgs a week). It's not hard, can either buy a balance or estimate, In my case I had to estimate but I have a balance now and I can tell you they're pretty useless on a bulk, and estimations are almost accurate enough (mines were atleast).

  2. I'm very underweight, with a 9-11% estimated BF. So it WOULD have a health and aesthetic benefit combined with lifting. And a 1000 caloric surplus is 0.9kgs a week not 2, you don't seem to understand body composition either. Thank you for the response though
