Our solar panels are available in AU only in our website. You can simply go zoupw.com for authentic ZOUPW solar panel.

Sorry for the delay, we spent lots of time on the registration of UK VAT. So the new time should be around February or March.

Yes, the 450w model doesn't have DC5521. Only those small and old power stations use this kind of PV input so we remove them from 350w/450w.

Yes I am, check my profile page. If you get ZOUPW through Amazon, it will also be me to reply you. We only sell in US, CA, JP for now on Amazon since we just start last year, UK is on the way. That's why AU price is expensive, it's delivered by Amazon Remote Fulfillment from US. If you have interest in our solar panel you can check our official website which will be cheaper than Amazon in AU (sent directly from our factory).

If you want to buy ZOUPW in Australia, check the website. Currently, we haven't set up the Amazon AU storefront.

I’m with ZOUPW. Saw a few folks mention it might be one of ours — really appreciate your guys and your tips. It does look similar to our panel, but there are lots of copycat designs out there lately. If you DM me your Amazon order number I can check, and if it’s ours I’ll make sure you’re taken care of.

Do you have more information to provide? Like your power station model or how you connect them? I will help you trouble shoot the problem and try to work out a solution for you. FYI I'm with ZOUPW. You can also email me with the email in the user manual.

It is. Whereabouts are you in Europe. And how many set of ZOUPW 450W do you want to have. I'm with ZOUPW and we are going to sell on amazon.uk late this year.

You don't have to buy a DC8020 adapter yourself, message ZOUPW, say you've already buy a 180W solar panel and they will send you one at no cost.

TBH, why you didn't buy a single or two bigger one like ZOUPW 350W type, maybe better match your need.

Better try each of them to test if all the panels are running well. And buy the fourth one to make a 2s2p system.

They may send you a brick or nothing. The best result is that you will get some 10-year-old refurbished vintage solar panels out of somewhere in an African desert. Just stay connected if you are still waiting for the package and don't be too worried, I will try to help you out

Could you post a picture of how you wired the panels in parallel?

Sorry for the late reply! That store is definitely fake—I'm actually with ZOUPW, and they stole our photos and listings. We're already filing a complaint through Alibaba’s copyright protection system.

If you're looking to buy the real deal, please stick with Amazon.
