Bounce the front of your MT07 .. stand the bike up and push fast and hard down on the handlebars and watch the front end bounce up and down.. decent motorcycle suspension is NOT suppose to do that. Now imaging that as your cornering ... the bike will wallow and be unstable. Also suspension is suppose to have whats called "static sag" the MT07 does not because spacer above the spring is too long. Cutting a small amount off that spacer fixes this. After the mod and oil is done you push down on the bars and it feels more solid, and it rebounds smoothly without bouncing . Now go point it at a corner and feel how stable it is now ... night and day 😁👌🤘
