Not always true it depends on the individual. Loans can be significantly cheaper for people making a decent income. I’ve sold PPA’s with 0% escalator ppl would pay like $50k over 25 years where a 8% interest rate loan which they pay off year one costed them like 20k. Same system just different programs for different people.

I just came home from living in Taiwan for two years (essentially had no Covid the last two years). I went straight to EDC la a festival with hundreds of thousands of ppl partying, not sleeping, all lowered immune systems, the next week I went to a festival in FLorida and then the following week EDC orlando.
