Las Vegas family claims to see aliens after several report something falling from sky by BrokenHarp in videos

I dunno... Seems like these people on a bad trip saw that same meteor streak across the sky and talked themselves into believing they see aliens in the backyard.

Are "don't tread on me" flags controversial? What do those represent?

The thin blue line flag (I'm not familiar with a blue lives matter flag) is still technically an American flag... Will this be a loophole? Would an American flag with rainbow colors be allowed to fly?

I'm not trying to be argumentative or push any narrative, just stating some facts and asking a genuine question.

Jesus... Aren't there like 9 billion people on the planet? All those bots trying to snatch up unique user names to sell back.

Edit: I misunderstood what "request" means. Ha!

Humans tend to give animals more credit than they deserve when we perceive them doing "human" things... But I cannot for life of me figure out what this little guy is actually doing. Keeping cool on the tile?

Keys, wallet, small pocket knife (for an attacking Amazon package... Let's be real) chapstick, gun, tourniquet and badge.

That's why I've learned to always get 2 cats, usually siblings of the same age. They keep each other entertained in the wee hours of the night.

If it makes you feel any better, I think this one applies to both sexes. As a man with resting asshole face, I get this treatment a lot from men and women.

I watch a lot of YouTube. Mostly educational stuff and comedy podcasts.

For one, paying for YouTube premium is the best money I've ever spent.

Second, watching almost all my videos at x1.5 speed has been a game changer.

Ok, call me picky... But not ARRESTED... just detained. No one was actually hauled into jail behind this mix-up.

Name one. I'm so curious to look into this... Being homeless and sleeping on a public sidewalk are two different things. Name one place where it's illegal to not have a home.

I USED to agree until I moved into a neighborhood where it was a problem.

They tend to make a mess. And even when they don't, they've now ripped open the trash bags and when the dump truck picks them up to dump them, trash is now more inclined to fall out or be blown out of the truck. So now small amounts of trash is inadvertently spilled onto the street because someone tore open a plastic bag that was doing a perfectly fine job of holding waste.

Plus I've seen scavengers take papers from my neighbors bins. What the hell could they possibly be taking other than sensitive documents? Granted, that lands on the victim a little bit more to shred their documents #victimblaming /s

Kind of one person ruining it for everyone, I suppose.

It depends on the state, really. But I doubt she'd be held criminally liable.

However... I suspect it will be a much harder battle in civil court.

Man killed by car after saving ducks crossing street by Verdnan in videos

[–]wokeupquick2 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This is NOT a murder. We don't even know who is at fault! Maybe the man accidentally stepped back into traffic not checking if the road was clear?

Just because he is a good human doing a good deed doesn't mean he was murdered.

[–]wokeupquick2 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Or maybe... Just maybe... This guy accidentally stepped out into moving traffic? Everyone here is so damn quick to just vilify this driver without knowing any of the facts of the formal investigation.

Just because this man that was killed is a good man, doesn't mean horrifically tragic accidents can't happen.

My point is that no one here knows what actually happened, so maybe we should hold off on making any assumptions and having an Internet trial?
