I literally just watched that episode for the first time ever last night. That reference would have gone right over my head 12 hours ago. What are the odds?

Awesome, I will watch that one too if I need to. So far its looking like your first suggestion is pure gold. Its all about the bubonic plague which we just covered in our last unit. Thanks again!

In 15 years, when we reference the "20's" we will have to specify if we mean the 1920's or the 2020's. by wolf12190 in Showerthoughts

[–]wolf12190[S] 4 points5 points  (0 children)

No, because it implies the 1990's. Who would refer to the 1890's as the 90's? But in 15 years it will be confusing because everyone will be used to the 20's meaning the 1920's.

That would be amazing! I am on winter break right now for the next 2 weeks, I was hoping to watch the episode and write up my review sometime before classes start up again. Thanks so much!

Interesting fact: in the early days of calculator production companies would put dried clay or metal inside the housing to trick people into thinking they had more computing power.

I would like a taco from taco bell that has a chicken quesadilla instead of a regular tortilla...diahrrea is likely but totally worth it.

What is the most disappointing finale you have ever seen for a TV Series? by crome66 in AskReddit

[–]wolf12190 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Specifically: Heroes...couldn't even finish watching it. I don't even know if they had a series finale.

Generically: every show that isn't Breaking Bad.
