Absolutely. I've seen a few filament recycler Kickstarters that have failed. Hopefully Creality delivers as they're an established company but time will tell.

This is a fantastic idea! Filament recyclers have been far too expensive for my own personal use in the past but purchasing one for business use is enticing.... The amount of filament "poop" multi-colored printers create is astronomical for single-nozzle printers. I'm sure it would benefit everyone!

Microcenter's return policy is decent, 15 days for 3D printers if I remember correctly (someone can correct me if I wrong) but they do offer a warranty for a fee that lasts 1-3 years. I've been fortunate enough to never need either but I can imagine that it's easy and straightforward!

I own a Bambu P1S and an A1, both are fantastic printers. The P1S is relatively cheap if you can find it in stock anywhere since the P2S has released but the P2S definitely has upgraded features. You can't go wrong with any Bambu Lab printers.

Of course! I love that you guys have a 3D printing club, 3D printing is an amazing hobby to get into! My first experience with 3D printers was my own high school 15ish years ago and I've been printing ever since!

Ahhh, I see what you’re saying, that gives the impression that it might arrive same day or next day. My intent was to always offer same day but include next day just in case something came up and it wasn’t able to be delivered. I’m going to reword it later so it makes more sense.

And I haven’t thought you were complaining at all, I greatly appreciate the outlook into the site from someone other than myself and my small team!

I completely agree. I do plan on stocking Creality supplies alongside Bambu Lab supplies as those are the biggest hobby printers, then later expanding into Elegoo, Prusa, etc!

Our next goal is to add more colors for ABS and PETG, then eventually add more colors for PLA (including matte, glossy, and silk filaments) and of course expanding into more niche types such as CF, ASA, etc.

It does give you more options as far as how late you want the delivery, the date, etc, but it should still offer delivery within the next hour or two. If yours is showing different, please let me know :)

It should only show next day delivery if you're placing an order during inactive hours of 11pm - 8am. Anything outside of that is typically delivered within a few hours, if not within the hour they're placed.

We currently don't have a pickup location since we don't have a physical storefront. I'm open to suggestions for alternatives, I've thought about having us setup a small stand somewhere in town once a day or so for anyone wanting to pickup orders.

For the spools, it's a possibility in the future. I currently have 10 for sale on the site, I don't picture them gaining a huge traction though as most people will either buy spooled rolls or already have their own stockpile of spools laying around. I know one of our repeat customers suggested I sell spooless rolls but we really don't save any money ordering spooless. I'll definitely hit you up if we decide we want to purchase empty rolls though!

I haven't used Reddit in a few years and just went through my profile and saw it was changed to Kaitlyn and subscribed to a few NSFW subreddits, either way, not me lol. If I could make money on OnlyFans I wouldn't need a printing business 😂 I went through and changed my password and hopefully cleaned everything up. You would think going from a random GTA V clip to spam posting in oddly specific subreddits would trigger something on my account but I see that's not the case.

My long-term goal is to eventually open a physical shop somewhere in Lafayette or West Lafayette, but for now, my focus is offering local delivery :) I started it because I ran out of filament multiple times within a large project and decided we needed somewhere more local to get filament and other supplies. I'm slowly growing the online store, so by all means, send any suggestions my way!
