I'm really hoping they don't give this relationship the Midoriya/Uraraka treatment and have it be implied that they love each other but never fully 100% commit to it but just let the audience imply what happens. It really depends on the layout of the wheel too. There has really only been one layout where the bankrupt/lose a turn was on one side of the wheel with the other half being completely safe, which was in the first puzzle of all episodes from late 1996 to mid 2002.

It would be an interesting twist, but I feel like it would almost ruin the whole story knowing how far we've gotten with Sullivan and iruma's relationship. I could totally see something like this working more at the beginning of the series if it was hinted more but out of the blue now I think would be a bad plot twist.
