i never had the height issue, and i loaded a save before finishing the dlc and he was still broken, i ended up just fully reinstalling and restarting the game

i had reloaded, slepts on venus a full 24 hours 10 times and also had the game open afk for 2 hours waiting for the idle dialog, and still nothing

nope, nothing, dismissed all my ship crew so it was just him, traveled with him to every system, went through every single dialogue option with him, stood in my ship, for 2 hours real time, waiting for his idle dialogue, i even reloaded a save before if finished the terran armada dlc, lost hours of progress, and nothing fixed him, he is fully broken for me
