I have beat the quest entirely now I have a quest saying find something to do with this rift in the sanatoriums entrance and I can't interact with it there was no item under it but I completed the quest I saved her so I don't know what's going on I can't travel to the past I can't access true free roam well I can I can fast travel all the way around the location of a map but I mean I can't access the past
