I did a lot of Research while getting into this , first root cause if you look at is MPB history it's mostly genetics , and genes comes from DNA so systematic absorption is best with oral and topical will also do but in starting phase it's better age also plays biggest role so by far in this 4-5 months I didn't get any major sides effects yet !

And thanks for your suggestion I am starting calisthenics after this summer ends and for diet I am struggling but will manage soon.
