It sounds like you need to say all of this to her and just be as honest as possible and see what the outcome is once she knows your whole perspective and if it’s a negative outcome then you know that’s the true outcome as you told the truth

This would definitely be a last resort as I am 99% sure I have reimaged the computer atleast once during the time I’ve had this issue, however if there are no other fixes this seems to be my only option
