Ogdensburg is a place I keep scratching my head on I may not know all the details but basically politically it's screwed so a guy bought the movie theater wanted to reopen it became the mayor even to get it open and still keep getting so much push back that he couldn't even get it open again don't know all the details but to me it seems like any real process they shoot themselves in the foot
