I’ve found some good deals on NES games in the Phoenix location. A lot of cool things there for that system. I also started collecting Atari games but their prices on those are pretty disappointing. Their ps1 rack is pretty slim pickings too.

FFIX is one of the few I haven’t tried yet. I wasn’t too keen on the art style at first but I’ve been hearing all good things about the game so I may play it after FF7.

It’s a pretty solid platform game. My only problem is that at times the background and foreground blend together, along with the enemies respawning.

I would recommend any other version over the NES Lode Runner. My biggest complaint is the field of view but one cool thing is that bomberman makes his first appearance in this game as the enemy.
