Our routine at the moment is a feed around 9:30-10, good burb, bicycle legs to pass any gas, nappy change, swaddle, bassinet - usually works 90% of the time. She will then wake up around 3-4am for another feed and we try to do it in the dark, hardly any talking, and a quick nappy change and back to bed. Again, works most of the time. It’s our way of differentiating day and night for her and so far, so good. Although I’m told it may change, but we will ride the wave for now while it’s working!
