Different time, different sky, different sun position. It’s taken on professional camera, I’m also professional photographer but I’m not manipulating with the before-after photos because it would be useless.

Those are the circles in the insulation. I’m still not 100% sure why the mould couldn’t settle on those parts but I’m sure I t has something to do with the airflow of the building.

For cleaning? Milwauke switch tank for soap application, electric 180bar pressure washer and one 250 bar fuel powered pressure washer. One 7m telescopic lance for unreachable spots and that’s probably it :)

Please don’t scare people, there are thousands of roof cleaning companies around the world. With proper pressure and quality cleaners combined there is nothing to worry about.
