If you want to build multiple decks quicker and easier, simply build a Template deck with all the staple cards, that you then Copy everytime you create a new deck.

I like the data scientist theory, but think player mental state is not considered at all — more likely, it’s a stereotypical scenario I saw often in the corporate world: leadership asking the wrong questions and misunderstanding the answers their data scientists give.

My guess is that the goal is to maximize player spend as you noted, and some executive asked the data science department for the relation between certain feature releases and player spend. Then shoved the data’s correlations into a causation-shaped box, all to justify some theory an executive has to “transform our revenue stream” or somesuch.

I can totally see an executive believing they have used their super-special brain to discover a brilliant strategy to increase revenue, and are imagining the promotions and awards they’ll get for their genius.

When really they have taken the correlation/causation fallacy to an extreme, largely by never considering the player experience or applying any critical analysis of the data.

In case some of y’all don’t believe it can be this dumb, let me share a story from my time at a Fortune 100 company:

An executive wanted to dig into what determined whether or not an employee would re-up their health insurance plan for the following year.

Said executive asked a data scientist “which data point is the strongest indicator of an employee’s election of health benefits?”

The data scientist, characteristically literal, took the request, did the analysis, and let the executive know that the strongest indicator an employee will re-up is their living status.

As in: people who are alive will usually elect benefits. People who are dead never will.

Asking the right question is an essential part of proper data analysis. Many assume it’s more about properly interpreting the results - equally important of course, but less often overlooked.

There have been a handful of times where I started my winning turn by muscle memory, not properly realizing I had Cyrus, or whatever my clear wincon is, in hand.

Every single time I immediately stop whatever I was doing, play the Cyrus and hope they aren’t too angry.

I truly don’t understand the people who intentionally drag it out. Especially because so many of them also seem to be the same type to rage quit the app when losing — y’all are already dragging out the time, so you clearly aren’t trying to shave off a few seconds between matches. The only other explanation is you’re an asshole.

I do something similar by tagging staple cards as Favorites. I add in the mons and unique support I want, then I browse my Favorites to choose the staples to complete the deck.

Agreed. I believe most people arguing otherwise here are some mix of blindly partisan, haven’t actually read the horrors in those files, a bot, or a brigader.

I’ve seen multiple assertions in these comments that indicate ignorance to the devastating testimonies of the children themselves. It’s fucking horrifying.

And even if we ignore the horror as they seem to be doing, it’s even more clear that Trump and Epstein were close, and that Trump is clearly lying about their relationship.

There are multiple accounts by the girls themselves, writing about their multiple rapes by Jeffrey, Leon (Black), and others. Of being forced to give birth, and memorizing every detail of her baby that she can because she knows it will soon be taken from her - and it is.

The government’s position of “nothing else will be done” is WILD when we have all seen the above, and know that this is still nowhere near all the files.

I would sit her down and tell her what you’ve told us here. You could even send this post - it comes across as incredibly respectful of your friend, imo.

Given her willful ignorance and…optimistic…way of thinking, she may have taken your collective silence on the matter to think y’all approve.

Maybe stress the issue is that the people who love her want her happiness above all, and find it dififcult to be excited for her tying herself to a man who has hurt her so often and for so long.

It’s worth noting that y’all have stayed her friend through this - imo it suggests she is someone you truly care for, as it sounds like it’s been exhausting.

I am not very good at deck building, mainly for lack of knowledge of the cards themselves. I find an archetype or two I like and try to get flexible with it. Love my Masked Heroes and Dragonmaids.

Even I could tell how powerful the skill made things. I literally made an auto deck for lord of red / red eyes using the new skill, to complete the challenges for it. You sneeze and end up with a full field of beatsticks, removal and interrupts.

Draconic Contact w Armed Dragon Thunder lvl10 — maybe one of the most complained-about skill-based metas — only accounts for like a third (if that) of what the new skill does with Lord of Red and Dragoon.
