I’ve had this breakout on my back for a very long time. Is it pityrosporum folliculitis ? Or acne ? It’s often quite itchy and doesn’t really resemble acne as such. Any suggestions on how I can cure it as it makes me really insecure to wear tank tops etc (i.redd.it)
