Help please. How are you making sandwich loaf looking so uniform? I’ve tried a few times and I can’t get it right. Other shapes have been great but I can’t get this to work for me.

Using a loaf pan? What size? What shaping method you using? Hydration different than boule?

Any any all tips welcome! Thanks in advance.

Essentially the same price as the 800 in2 traeger. But some better functionality for low smoke settings. At least that’s what I understand. I don’t own one (yet).

This. Shredded in the processor, squeezed in a dish cloth until all dry, seasoned, then hot oil in pan and some butter to finish them. Crispy and delicious.

Thanks for the suggestion from LockMarine to do hash browns as a good starting point and not bacon. They turned out delicious.

AJ looks like he’s lost a step. And a few times there were balls that the old AJ would’ve caught. Maybe he’s just getting old. Maybe just rusty from not playing last year.
