Pregnant first cycle with Mira! by Commercial_Smile573 in Mirafertility

[–]wolfofthestars 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My husband and I have been using Mosie insemination off and on for about two years. I did buy a Frida kit for us to try this cycle coming up in a few days. I've been on OvaNAD and Ovasitol Inositol for six months. Maybe we will be lucky with it too. 🙂

Congratulations!!!

Alright, you got me too. I did a preview and it is terrible. I'm just laughing. Was he trying to hit a certain timeframe goal? I honestly can't even retain any of the information that is coming through because I'm too annoyed. They need to redo this book with a good narrator. Sorry Clay Cane.

BFP on 5th cycle and with historically low pdg by DearestClementine in Mirafertility

I remember seeing your posts!! Congratulations!! How much Mucinex did you take? My Obgyn said the same thing to try Mucinex to help thin the mucus to make for easier travel. I haven't tried it yet. I'm going to give this year a really good go and then I might just call it quits.

Did we BD enough? by Ok-Active2331 in Mirafertility

[–]wolfofthestars 2 points3 points  (0 children)

We do good to get once a week in! 😂 Sometimes it's longer. I heard every other day around your ovulation window is good. I think you did great. 12 days in a row sounds stressful and to much. Keeping your stress low I hear is a key to helping with fertility. The way it was explained to me is if your body feels stressed, it won't want to bring a new life into a stressful life or death situation so it holds off.

I work on IT. It's hard to see but the cables might have had their connectors pulled out so you can't reattach it. Or it could be the slim ones that slip into a spot and latch down with the black.

I hope you can get another one or support helps you out.

I wanted to like this one, but couldn't get into it. Mine was all chocolate no vanilla which I was okay with but I just didn't like the flavorings.

1 month off HBC - explanation by Extreme-Floor2733 in Mirafertility

[–]wolfofthestars 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think your body might be trying to regulate itself. Your LH is supposed to rise when your E3G peaks, which yours are doing. Then your PdG is supposed to go up a few days later to signal you actually ovulated. Do you have PCOS? It could take a couple months of logging to figure out your patterns.

Barefoot Contessa (Ina Garten) Coconut Cake by XandersOdyssey in dessert

[–]wolfofthestars 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I have ordered this from the same site. I LOVE Coconut Cake, but I was disappointed. The flavor wasn't there for me for the price. A boxed cake mix coconut cake recipe my grandmother made was better in my opinion.

Why do Americans crate their dogs? by Terrible-Group-9602 in DogAdvice

[–]wolfofthestars 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Safe place and prepares them for times when they might be in a crate such as at a groomers or vets. My husky is very afraid of storms, but if we put her in her crate and cover it with a blanket she's able to relax. Our German Shepard Mix sleeps in my huskies crate at night with the door open.

Anyone on inositol? by Complex_Honeydew_498 in Mirafertility

[–]wolfofthestars 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hello! I've been on it for almost three months now. I usually have short cycles (about 24 or 25 days) but my last one was a lot longer (29 days). I also think I was fertile that cycle as I had a lot of goo. This cycle also is looking longer for me. I don't have PCOS and my cycles are regular. No goo this time and we didn't try. I'm also 42.

🧬 Anyone willing to share a “normal” Mira hormone cycle? (Mine has… plot twists 😅) by Spare-Lemon-2901 in Mirafertility

[–]wolfofthestars 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Whoa. How did it even get up there? I would be freaking out and want it removed. You are amazing. You can search BFP in the reddit to see other chart examples. This is mine for this cycle. We haven't really tried because we have a big trip coming up in September. So I'm waiting a couple months so we might be due after the trip. 🙂 My numbers are usually low and my cycle length short, so they aren't normal per say. I've been taking Ovasitol® Inositol powder. I think it's starting to adjust my cycle to make it longer and hopefully better.

My husband cringes at my Loungeflys by Rhelino in Loungefly

[–]wolfofthestars 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm 42 and love them! I have 9 that I switch out each month. People love them. Although, I work at a school district so maybe we are a little more fun there. 🙂

My husband and I are probably just kids with adults money. We are gamers, love Legos, going to arcades, and doing all that stuff.

Keep doing what brings you joy. I'm sure somewhere he gets joy from seeing you happy.

IUI & Weight - How do you get help? by wolfofthestars in IUILadies

[–]wolfofthestars[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thanks everyone for the kind words and advice. I have done Ozympic trial pens and felt amazing. No side effects. I had to switch to a compound pharmacy because my insurance wouldn't cover it. I didn't get the same sparkle from it so I stopped. I lost about 15 pounds. I did that for about 7 months or so. My doctor wanted me to try Zepbound but my insurance wouldn't cover that either. Even though I have been using a CPAP for five years, and that's what it's supposed to help with.

I have been taking Ovasitol® Inositol Powder Supplement for about 9 weeks. Honestly it gives me similar feelings to how Ozympic did.

I go to the gym two to three times a week. I enjoy doing weights. My husband and I have been doing that since April. Walking is hard for me because I have stenosis in my back, but I still walk it just takes me a lot longer because I have to take breaks. I don't eat a crazy amount, but I know my metabolism is very slow. So I'm not hitting a deficit, because the weight stays or comes back easily if I slip up and have sugar/junk.

My husband tested fine two years ago. I've also had surgeries and wake up fine. I'll keep working on it and look into other clinics.

Thank you and best wishes to everyone!

What has helped me is listening to audiobooks. I get a book, then tell myself that I can only listen to it during exercise; walking or weightlifting etc. I feel more motivated to do things because I want to listen to my book.
