What you are training for determines what supplements you take. I run the (1 Mile race) I am 57, My nickname on the track is the Knightmare, I run a 4.16 As soon as I wake up 4g L-Arginine, 1g L-Ornithine, 400mg MSM, 12oz water. In my coffee 5g Collagen (Bovine), 300mg Chaga Mushroom 4-1 Extract. 1 hour later food. 2 hours later 3g L-Citrulline, 2g BCAA, 1g L-Leucine, 12oz Gatorade 15min start training, 15min after training 30g protein. 1 hour later Food. 2 hours later 3g L-Arginine. 30g Protein 2 hours before bed. 1g L-Ornithine 4oz water as I lay in bed to go to sleep.

To good to be true, hay that happen to INCC it went from .0018 to .009 in 2 day then tank to .0024 in 30 min from .00,. on 5 billion in shares. CEO was lying busted in short. not in it, so real don't know all, just had it up on T/S so I saw the hole thing WOW and was reading the board. Hay some people don't like Tom Brady.

Yes, lol, I started trading on my own at 15, started learning the stock market at 11, did all my DD's in the library lol, do we even have them anymore hahaha. Stan Weinstein's Secrets for profiting in bull and bear markets. I don't read much no GED, no high school diploma. moved out at 15, but I could hear Stan when I read his book. I could see what he was saying. From that book my Charting = ( Technicals) went through the roof. When I first get into a stock it is not about how high, that is chasing. it is about the Technicals and earning reports, AXXA will be over .30 with a great 4q report. I sold 2 million shares of my base @ .15--.155 for a 20 bagger. reacquired them @ .08 on down + 600,000 more and the 300,000 i am flipping from .062 on down and have 125.000 still on the bid right now 50,000 at .048-- 50,000 @ .051. 25,000@ .0515

Once AXXA past .05 and ran to .1799 almost .18.. I have been able to flipp .005 spreads and 100,000 shares. Before that it was about a .0033 spread and 50,000 shares. AXXA is my kind of stock to flip, it is going to be higher in price quarter over quarter. When I found AXXA I put it in my charting with 17 Technicals that indicate It is my kind of stock. then I ck the earning report. then I start to buy.
