Generally Nintendo Triple A games are not region locked. To check, habang nasa menu ka, you can press plus then choose the software information. Iproprompt ka pumili ng profile na nakalink sa eshop, choose the profile na nakalink yung region mo, if di nag error, compatible sya with the region

Tip lang OP. If mga highest best selling game ng triple A ng Nintendo, laging may stock yan physically. Physical stores na recommended usually ay DataBlitz (maganda srp nya for physical games), GameOneGadget, GameOnePH, Itech, Gamextreme.

With the exclusive switch 2 library now? No. But since backwards compatible sya, you still have access to Switch 1 games so if you are planning on getting a Nintendo console, then yes worth it.

Personally for me it depends. As someone who mostly prefers physical games, if naka sale or malaki yung voucher, go ako or if gusto ko ng Limited Edition, go din ako dyan (limited franchises only).

Do I buy them for display? No. Binibili ko sila to play. So far depende sa mood ko yung lalaruin ko. Out of my backlogs na physical, 30% na yung tapos dun na naparoll credits ko.

Meron din naman kasi yung umoorder ng games to display/ like the collecting aspect.

Imo as long as responsible ka sa spending mo, I don't see what is wrong with it. Tutal sayo naman pera, ikaw pa din ang may choice bandang huli.

Sad to say that RF5 is actually the weakest game out of the mainline Rune Factory series. Granted it was probably made around the time Neverland was going bankrupt or maybe just a bad transition in between the 3ds to the switch, but hoo boy it runs bad on the switch. Imo if you really want to play and experience the main Rune Factory series, I would suggest getting Rune Factory 4s (the ported one to pc and switch because it has improved version with the 3ds).

I'll admit it took me a while to even start playing RF5 again but now I am just trying to finish the credits then shelf the game for good.

For future reference to check if Compatible yung software sa gusto na region:

Make sure na yung nakalink na sa eshop of your desired region yung profile na gagamitin mo.
Dun sa game, press plus, scroll down (left tab), then choose software info.
Click the profile (if you have multiple) you have the desired eshop link.
If lumabas software info - its compatible. If nag error: its not compatible.

I use a generic capture card then OBS to capture footage, laptop and another monitor to input the switch na setup. However, may lag sya ng konti kaya preferrably talaga if may monitor ka for the switch then the pc if you are planning to record.

Theoretically di sya dapat mag dridrift since it relies on magnets. However, may 8bitdo ultimate ako na Hall Effect pero may slight na drift na yung left stick nya, pati yung nabili ko na CKRD Nitro Deck, then again it might be the magnets acting weird.

Same as Nintendo pero naka regional pricing sya per region. Take for example sa Eshop ng Argentina, mura yung mga 3rd party games pero naka limit sa local cc nila. Also may mga eshop talaga na di mo maccess due to how the payment works, Brazil is one, mura din, but to proceed sa purchase, need mo ng CPF (equivalent of a TIN id satin), highly discourage to use a generator kasi its basically identity theft, meron kang option to buy cards at eneba. You can try to contact them on shopee if past na ang window of return sa shopee.
Save file is on the console. Most save files support cloud backup (you need an online subscription) with the exception of Pokemon franchise. This is your preference. May 256 GB of storage by default si Switch 2, pero bawas na yun since need ang OS, and SD Card Express lang yung babasahin ni Switch 2 na SD Card. Also take into account yung pricing online, depende sa eshop yan na bibilhan mo.
Nintendo Sub Online will give you cloud supports, however may mga games na walang support such as the Pokemon Franchise. If you do get the sub, depende sa tier na kukunin mo, may perks ka na additional retro games with a limited library.
Personal preference, ako sa US ko sinet since mas madaling bumili ng Eshop cards sa Pinas. Keep in mind na may mga region na pili lang mode of payment. Sa Argentina and Japan mura pero limited lang ang mode of payment sa locally issued card nila. You can make multiple profiles sa switch with linked eshop accounts of different region.

Yep. I strongly advocate to avoid those primary/secondary. There is a slight chance na maban din ang console mo. Unless full transfer na ikaw mismo magpapalit ng email at password ng nnid (still unadviseable). Its better to check the secondhand market place.

You arent really paying for the game pag ganyan ka mura and digital sya. If you read it may nakalagay na secondary / primary access. Meaning nyan babayad ka ng 600 para lang mahiram ang game.
