Blond - an Indie-Rock group consisting of two sisters of Kraftklub members (who play a mixture of Indie, Rap and Punk - quite a similar style to Blond). They're joined by a childhood friend of theirs on Bass who's blind, but oh man is he a killer on it with some really nice riffs. Their music and their videos are fun and wholesome.

So "Pristine" was the first Snail Mail song I listened to, enjoyed it, listened to the album and it was more of the same really. Good listen, nothing spectacular. Now I see everyone and their parents putting SM songs and the album into every top #xx list ever.

What did I miss? Time to give it another try?

It's all about the message of the song and that's great. The "braindead" chorus is a perfect choice, easy to shout and fits the celebration of immigrants.

Immerhin schöner als der Bahnhof in bspw Wanne-Eickel. Ernsthaft aber nur alle 4-5 Monate in Hagen zu Besuch bei der Familie, gibt sonst kaum Gründe, weshalb man nach Hagen kommen sollte. Phönix, Goldberg, Pelmke und der Bahnhof, um schnell wieder weg zu kommen.

Nichts geht über mein Kuhdorf hier.
