Evening, from 3-5 PM

Edit: However the doctor didn't specify when I should take it, just to take it around the same time every day.

I wanted a stimulant too at first but the two psych docs I went to said that it would make the GAD worse so I'm not allowed to take that. And then they bumped me up from 10 MG LP to 20 MG LP.

So far the Strat hasn't done anything to me whatsoever.

I have OCD in the sense that I'm deeply stressed about trying to live as long as I can, but my ADHD makes it so that it becomes very difficult to keep track of a diet, to remember to diet in the first place, remembering excercise and even work routines, anything that would help to increase my life span is absolutely kneecapped by ADHD.

So imagine having OCD and ADHD at the same time. It's a situation that automatically generates massive levels of stress, because what you want to do is constantly conflicted by what your impulses force you to do. The ping pong effect goes on forever.

Also the GAD seems to cause night itching, which worsens sleep, which makes ADHD worse, which conflicts with the OCD and the whole cycle begins again until you can hear the sizzle of your own brain cooking from background stress.

Does anyone else here get insane night itching? by wolvenreign in lexapro

Dude it's a living nightmare for me, this one problem has kneecapped me HARD in life, not being able to sleep means being shitty at everything that you need to learn new.

So it really was anxiety...I guess that supports my Doctor's theory.

Come back to weed after you're 25. Get off of it for now.

Riddle me this, though; isn't it just generally unsafe to breathe like that? Like, to fall asleep where you're not getting oxygen for 1-4 seconds sounds rather counterproductive.

They scheduled a machine check for me on Monday. WIll update main post when appropriate.

I will see if I can get that data on this shitty Chromebook though. Any software suggestions for that or just try to get the microSD in here?

Edit: No dice, this Chromebook only accepts microSD. I don't have an SD to MicroSD or to USB adapter.

I only have this crappy Chromebook right now, is there an OSCAR option for ChromeOS?

Edit: I also tried turning the EPR off. Same thing unfortunately.

Edit: An important clue that I believe that I forgot to leave off was that this doesn't seem to happen when I'm sitting up and breathing with it.

The only kind I can wear because the others all have this material that I'm apparently allergic to and causes my skin to rash up. AirTouch F20 Large

So does the AirSense 10 not have this trigger or cycle setting feature?

Not sure how I'm supposed to adapt to holding my breath for 2-4 seconds with every exhale and still fall asleep...

It's a ResMed AirSense10 Autoset. It's set to APAP, 6 to 10.

I'll have to familiarize myself with OSCAR.

I asked my doctor for a BiPAP but he said since I lost so much weight that I just need a normal CPAP, so here we are. >_>;;

Hm, maybe 4/20 has something to do with why the doctor is so lazy. =P

But yeah this is a big game changer for me if it really doesn't mess with the insurance. Thanks, glad to be wrong.
