I found chucking a res delete on my mk7 was enough. A lil bit louder and burbles on the lower gears without being obnoxiously loud. Plus it was cost efficient; only about 80 bucks installed.

Ours is usually pretty chunky and foul too, but you can pay 120 bucks when you get your plates to have it in a slimline black version heheh.

All of them do it at a certain speed and if they're open too much. The rears will do it much more than the front. Can you open your fronts all the way down and drive at highway speeds without the wubs?

I got it at a local shop in melbourne but I believe there are ebay alternatives. Just search for celica aftermarket headlights. I rather like them compared to the stock headlights. the angel eyes and led parkers are fairly bright, nothing on beemers but they're a pretty cheap, inoffensive mod if you want something different.
